For a limited time, not only will we help you score a fantastic deal on a vacation rental but we'll actually pay you $500 if it rains a half an inch (0.50 inches) or more on at least half of your vacation days (min. 7 night stay).

The “Sunny Days Guaranteed” Program is absolutely FREE to Vantage Resort Realty vacation customers and is not available on any vacation rental company.

• How Do I Get the “Sunny Days Guaranteed”?
  Just book your vacation package to any one of our properties before Dec. 13th, 2009. Make sure your vacation departure date is between 1/1/09 and 12/26/09 for the “Sunny Days Guaranteed” to apply. Your vacation must be at least 7 days in length. Be sure to book your vacation package at least 20 days in advance as advanced purchase requirements apply.

• How much do I receive if it rains?
  The “Sunny Days Guaranteed” will automatically refund you $500 if it rains over half of your vacation (4 or more days). 7 night minimum stay.

• How is the Rainfall Measured?
  For purposes of the “Sunny Days Guaranteed”, daily rainfall is measured at your Ocean City Municipal Airport and not at your condo or other location. The daily amount of rain that falls at the OCM airport will be determined from measurements provided by the National Weather Service or other independent agency. Rainfall will also be audited by a private independent provider of weather information. Vantage Resort Realty will use the data provided by these agencies to determine if a refund applies. We will provide you a link to a website where you can monitor the amount of rainfall at the airport during and after your vacation.
  

• How Much does it Have to Rain in Order to get a Refund?
  In order to qualify for a refund, it must rain half an inch (0.50 inches) or more on at least half of your vacation days. Your check-in & check-out days are included in the count of your vacation days.

• How Do I Know if I Qualify for a Refund?
  If it rains during your vacation, you can go directly to the link we provide to you after you make your purchase and check the daily rainfall at the airport. You'll automatically get a refund if it rains half an inch (0.50 inches) or more on at least half of your vacation days. Vacation days include your check-in & check-out days.

• What do I have to do to get My Refund?
  Actually, you don't have to do anything. We'll automatically check the rainfall at the airport and mail you $500 if it rains half an inch (0.50 inches) or more on at least half of your vacation days. Your refund check will be mailed within 21 days of trip completion directly to the person who purchased the Vantage Resort Realty package.
